### 1. Clinical & Educational Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice or an EHR)
Therapy Workbook.AI serves as a specialized clinical curriculum authoring and worksheet generation platform for licensed mental health practitioners, including counselors, social workers, psychologists, and professional coaches.
* **Essential Clinician Oversight:** Every generated 20-page workbook, psychoeducational narrative, cognitive reframing table, and skill-building exercise is intended solely as a draft clinical template. The subscribing professional retains 100% responsibility for evaluating and confirming the clinical integrity and safety of all materials before providing them to a client.
* **Not for Crisis Situations:** Therapy Workbook.AI does not offer medical diagnoses, psychiatric advice, crisis intervention, or psychotherapy. If a client is in immediate distress, they must contact **988** or seek assistance at their local emergency department.
### 2. Zero-Data-Retention & HIPAA-Safe Privacy Architecture
Therapy Workbook.AI is built upon a secure **Zero-Data-Retention (Ephemeral RAM) Framework**:
* **Zero Server-Side Storage:** Your clinical prompts, session notes, and generated workbooks remain exclusively within your browser's temporary memory (RAM) for the duration of your session. We do **not** log or store patient records or completed workbooks in any database.
* **Automated PII Privacy Scrubber:** Our integrated browser-based tool automatically redacts standard Personal Identifiable Information (such as emails, phone numbers, dates, Social Security numbers, addresses, and full names). The client's first name on the cover page is applied locally in your browser and is never shared with the AI model.
* **Prohibition of Raw PHI Uploads:** By using this service, clinicians agree **not** to input or upload any unredacted Protected Health Information (PHI) or identifiable patient data.
* **Local Brand Storage:** To enhance efficiency, only your clinic’s public branding—including clinician name, credentials, practice name, logo, color palette, and website URL—is saved locally in your browser’s `localStorage`.
### 3. Subscription Billing, Free Trial & Cancellation Policy
* **Introductory Trial:** New clinician accounts are granted **three (3) free 20-page workbook generations** to explore the platform.
* **Subscription Tiers:** Full access for unlimited generation is provided through the **Solo Clinician Monthly Plan ($24/month)**, the **Solo Clinician Annual Plan ($199/year)**, or the **Group Practice Plan ($79/month)**, all processed securely via Stripe.
* **Simple Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time using the **"Manage Subscription"** link in the studio header or by reaching out to our support team. Access remains active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
* **Refund Terms:** As Therapy Workbook.AI offers immediate digital access and fulfills high-compute AI tasks, all fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Please notify support within 7 days if technical difficulties prevent successful generation.
